Beverley Brook seeks the Thames

Beverley Brook rises in Worcester Park, flows through South West London via Wimbledon Common and reaches the Thames near Putney Bridge. It is a lovely cooling spot in the height of Summer.

I never use black but have used lots of Prussian Blue in this painting to recreate the depths of colour in the water which is in great contrast with the sunlit patches of river bank. This is framed in a bespoke white deep frame and is ready to hang.
