Fountain at Uzes

This is was in Le Place aux Herbes in Uzes, a beautiful town in Provence. I sat in a cafe with my sketchbook and watercolours then worked up this painting in oils back in my studio once home. It was late afternoon and I wanted to capture the warm sun in this most beautiful town. It is framed in a bespoke moulded framed.
