Glide gently, thus forever glide
£925.00
63x73cm framed, oil on canvas
The title is taken from a Wordsworth poem from 1790 about the river Thames. I find poetry increasingly engaging as I get older and it’s particularly inspiring to read a poem written a long time ago about a place you know. Easy access time travel.
I have leaned further towards abstraction with this painting, and tried to loosen my control with the paint. The painting is framed in an off-white moulded frame but this could be changed.
