Katharine Rowe is a contemporary oil painter working  predominately in oils.  Known for using vibrant and expressive colours, Katharine explores the emotional and atmospheric qualities of natural environments rather than adhering to strict representation.

Drawing inspiration from the interplay of light, weather, and the shifting moods of the natural world, Katharine’s distinctive colour palettes and painterly techniques aim to convey not just what a place looks like, but how it feels to be there.
